Full-body treatments are not included in the Laser Club membership.

 

Treatment Area Guidelines

To ensure accurate scheduling and consistent treatment coverage:

• Full Face: Includes upper lip, chin, cheeks, and sideburns.

• Full Arms: Includes upper and lower arms on both sides. Hands and fingers are separate small areas.

• Full Back: Includes upper and lower back.

• Chest + Abdomen: Includes the entire front torso.

• Full Legs: Requires both upper legs and lower legs, totaling 8 treatment credits.

• Areas already included in a larger selected treatment zone cannot be counted or booked separately for the same appointment.

 

Laser Club Membership Terms & Conditions

1. Membership Fee & Commitment

Membership is $225 per month with a required six-month initial commitment, totaling $1,350. Payments are automatically charged monthly to the authorized payment method.

After the initial six-month term, membership continues month-to-month until canceled according to the membership agreement.

2. Monthly Treatment Credits

Members receive four treatment credits per billing cycle. Credits are nontransferable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for other services or products.

Unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over, except for approved medical scheduling exceptions or where required by law.

​

3. Medical Scheduling Exceptions

Treatment intervals are determined by the provider based on hair growth cycles, treatment areas, and clinical appropriateness.

When a longer treatment interval is medically required, THE BODi SHOP may authorize an extension of affected credits for up to 60 days. Extensions must be approved and documented by the provider.

Treatment Eligibility & Preparation Policy

Clients are provided with laser hair removal preparation instructions prior to their first treatment and are responsible for following these guidelines before each appointment.

Treatment may be postponed or declined due to contraindications, recent tanning, sunburn, medication changes, pregnancy, improper shaving, or other safety concerns.

If treatment cannot be performed because a client has failed to follow the provided preparation instructions or has not disclosed relevant information, the appointment will be considered a late cancellation. Applicable cancellation fees may apply, and Laser Club treatment credits may be forfeited.

Appointments postponed for medical reasons beyond the client's control will be evaluated individually and may qualify for rescheduling without penalty.

Your safety is our priority. All treatments are performed at the provider's discretion to ensure safe and appropriate care.

4. Appointment Cancellations & No-Shows

A minimum of 24 hours' notice is requested for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

Late cancellations and missed appointments may be subject to fees or credit forfeiture as disclosed in the applicable booking policy.

5. Membership Cancellation & Renewal

Members may cancel their membership effective upon completion of the initial six-month commitment.

After the initial commitment, cancellation requests should be submitted at least seven days before the next billing date to prevent the following month's charge.

Membership fees already paid are nonrefundable.

6. Failed Payments

Membership benefits and new treatment-credit allocations may be suspended until outstanding payments are resolved.

​

7. Medical Eligibility & Treatment Results

All laser hair removal treatments are subject to provider assessment and medical eligibility.

Treatment may be postponed or declined due to contraindications, recent tanning, sunburn, medication changes, pregnancy, or other safety concerns.

Laser hair removal provides long-term hair reduction, not guaranteed permanent removal of all hair. Results vary, and additional or maintenance treatments may be necessary.

8. Membership Restrictions

• Membership is valid for one individual only.

• Credits cannot be shared, transferred, or redeemed for cash.

• Membership benefits cannot be combined with other promotions unless expressly authorized.

• Appointments are subject to provider availability.

• THE BODi SHOP reserves the right to modify future membership offerings with appropriate advance notice, subject to the membership agreement and applicable law.

9. Membership Authorization

By enrolling, members acknowledge and agree to the recurring monthly charge, six-month initial commitment, credit allocation and expiration rules, treatment scheduling requirements, and cancellation policies. Enrollment requires acceptance of the membership agreement and authorization for recurring billing.
